Privacy policy of nikaro.dev

1. Controller

The data controller is Karol Tajak, trading as Nikaro, Poland. Contact: office@nikaro.dev.

2. What data is processed

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising and contains no forms. Fonts and all other files come from the same server, without third-party services.

On every visit the server automatically logs the IP address, the date and time, the address of the page visited and information about the browser and device.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The logs are used only to keep the website secure and working correctly. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not combine this data with other information and do not use it to identify or profile anyone.

The logs are kept for a limited time, in line with the rules of the hosting provider, which processes them on our behalf.

4. Email contact

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message only in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence no longer than needed to deal with the matter.

5. Browser storage

If you choose the light or dark theme, the website remembers that choice in your browser’s storage. This information is never sent anywhere; you can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object. Send your request to office@nikaro.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Nikaro apps

This policy covers only the nikaro.dev website. Each Nikaro app has its own privacy policy, available on the app’s website.
